Terms of Use

Rules for using LOOKAyou! and creating personalized books.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to use paid LOOKAyou! services. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for activity under your account.
Your Content and Permissions
You keep ownership of photos, names, memories, text, and other original content you provide. By submitting content, you give LOOKAyou! a limited license to host, process, transform, reproduce, and transmit it as needed to create, preview, print, deliver, support, and secure your book. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including images of other people and children.
Acceptable Use
Do not use LOOKAyou! to create unlawful, infringing, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content, or to impersonate people without appropriate permission. We may refuse or remove content or orders that violate these terms or applicable law.
AI-Generated Material
LOOKAyou! uses artificial intelligence in parts of the creative process. AI output can contain errors, unexpected details, or inconsistencies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the story, illustrations, names, spelling, and final preview before ordering.
Orders and Fulfillment
Prices, shipping charges, taxes, production times, and delivery estimates are presented during checkout when available. Printed products are produced to order. Shipping estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers or events outside our control.
Intellectual Property
LOOKAyou! branding, site design, software, and other company-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of LOOKAyou! technology or branding to you.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. LOOKAyou! is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
