Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective September 20, 2026
How cancellations, digital purchases, and personalized printed books are handled.
Before Production
If an order has not entered digital fulfillment or print production, contact us as soon as possible. We will determine whether cancellation is still possible.
Digital Books
Because a personalized digital book is created specifically for the purchaser and may be available immediately after payment, digital purchases generally become non-refundable once the finished digital file has been generated or made available, except where required by law or where the delivered file is materially defective.
Personalized Hardcover Books
Hardcover books are custom-made products. Once an order has entered print production, it generally cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded for customer-approved content, spelling, photo selection, illustration choices, or other details shown in the final approved preview.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If a printed book arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved order because of a production error, contact us promptly with the order information and clear photos of the problem. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or other remedy.
Shipping Issues
Delivery dates are estimates. For lost or significantly delayed shipments, contact us so we can review carrier and fulfillment information.
Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
