Photo & Content Consent

Your responsibilities when uploading family photos, names, memories, and other personal content.
Permission to Upload
By uploading a photo or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for the requested personalized book.
Children’s Images
If content identifies or depicts a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian or otherwise have appropriate authority and consent to provide the content for this purpose.
Other People
If you upload photos or personal details concerning another person, you are responsible for obtaining any permission reasonably required to use that material in a personalized book.
Limited Processing Permission
You authorize LOOKAyou! and its service providers to process submitted content as reasonably necessary to generate, edit, store, preview, print, deliver, and support the book you request.
Prohibited Content
Do not upload content that violates another person’s privacy, copyright, publicity rights, or other legal rights, or content that is unlawful or exploitative.
Approval
Your approval of characters, illustrations, and the final book confirms that you have reviewed the creative representation before purchase or production.
