IT STARTED WITH SOMEONE I LOVE
Meet Nonnie Pop
The inspiration for LOOKAyou! began with the love of my life, known to children and families as Nonnie Pop.
For years, Nonnie Pop has been writing children's books, creating stories in print, and sharing her love of reading and storytelling with children on YouTube.
Watching her bring stories to life made me think about all the stories I wanted to preserve from my own life — memories of my children, my family, the people I love, and those little moments that become priceless as the years go by.

I wanted to preserve those memories. There was just one problem.
I'm not a writer.
I'm an artist. I'm creative. And I've spent about half my life designing websites. I could see these stories in my imagination, but I didn't know how to turn those memories into a children's book.
Then I began experimenting with AI. With a little help from technology and a lot of imagination, something remarkable happened: I could finally turn the memories in my head into stories.
I began creating books for my own family — books filled with our people, our personalities, our adventures and our memories.
THEN CAME THE BIG QUESTION
What if everybody could do this?
What about the mom or dad with an incredible bedtime story who has never written a book? The grandparents who want their grandchildren to know a family story that might otherwise be forgotten? Or the loved one who remembers a moment so special that it deserves to become more than another photograph buried on a phone?
You shouldn't have to be a writer to tell your story.
You shouldn't have to be an artist. And you shouldn't need to understand AI, publishing, illustration, book design, formatting, printing, or all the complicated and expensive steps traditionally required to create a book.
